Whether its sales calls, project scheduling, purchasing, office admin duties, etc., the small business owner can often times be overwhelmed and feel like they are drowning in a pool of sh*%#. So to be somewhat successful we often have to delegate important tasks to our more experienced employees.
Meet Kyle McCarthy, shown here doing a balancing act with a large piece of asphalt on a driveway reconstruction project. Kyle has been a valuable employee for Perfect Curb since our inception 6 years ago. He is a diligent worker, great equipment operator, and truly cares about the quality of our work. Because of these attributes, he has risen to become a lead foreman. It’s a good thing we have Kyle working with us, or I would be neck deep in that pool of you know what!
