The other day I was at a networking event and heard a great conversation centered on “true value” – both real and perceived. The talk focused on making sure your customer knows the true value of your service or product. Sounds simple right – but a lot of us do not know how to correctly convey the true value of our service or product. Remember, it’s not just the monetary value, but also the intangible value can be just as important to the customer i.e. professionalism, knowledge, ability to solve the need, etc.
